DIRECT BANK TRANSFER

At the moment we only accept payment via Maybank Bank account. The bank account details will be provided on the order confirmation email.

Please email us with the information below once payment is made so that we will be able to prepare your items for delivery.

1. Order ID.
2. Your name and contact number
3. Payment amount
4. Date and time of bank-in
5. Bank transaction Reference number

Please note that MyLittleDino will only process the order after the payment is received. Your order will be delivered within 2-7 working days.

For Interbank Giro, it will take 2 days for the payment to be cleared. For faster processing, please fax us or email to us the transfer slip as proof. MyLittleDino reserved the right to request for more information for verification purposes.

NOTE: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ORDER. FAILED PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER.

AVAILABILITY OF STOCK

If payment was made and goods are out of stock, customers will be informed within 1-2 days via email or sms. Customers may request:

» 100% REFUND (Refunds will be credited to your bank account.) OR
» Selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
